2 tweets is 'over the limit for tweets'?

Banned from tweeting anything and banned from messages on Google plus as well. I have done 2 tweets today, the message said I am 'over the limit for tweets' try again in a few hours. I tried to tweet this, it was banned too.


The least they could do is allow you to say so. Censorship, manipulation and banned. I asked them to explain. They just ... did not explain at all.

Are these secret new rules? Are you only allowed to tweet 2 tweets a day? You are not even allowed to tell anyone that you are banned. That's manipulation, censorship and not ok at all. They could explain this to users. Tell people the new rules.

It was good before, there were no silly mesages like this before, its new.
